Ingredienti per 4 persone
300 g di tagliolini freschi
120 g di burro
la buccia di una arancia tagliata a filanger
spremuta della stessa arancia
12 gamberi rossi puliti e sgusciati
peperoncino
Unire in una padella a freddo il burro, i gamberi sbucciati, metà della buccia di arancia tagliata a filanger, il succo della arancia intera e peperoncino a piacere.
Fare cuocere leggermente fino a quando gli ingredienti si sciolgono. Unire i tagliolini, cotti separatamente e mantecare nella padella.
Servire su un pavé di grana padano e decorare con la restante metà della buccia d’arancia tagliata a filanger.
